1. Rock Chip Repair Warranty – 2 Years

Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. provides a 2-year warranty on all rock chip repairs. This warranty covers the repaired area from spreading or further cracking under normal driving conditions. If the repaired area fails and the crack spreads within two (2) years of the repair date, Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. will credit the original repair cost toward a windshield replacement performed by us.

This warranty does not cover:
 

• Damage resulting from impact, accidents, or improper care.

• Additional cracks forming from new rock chips or stress after the initial repair.

• Any damage caused by weather, temperature changes, or road vibrations.

2. Windshield & Auto Glass Installation – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all windshield and auto glass replacements for as long as you own the vehicle.

This warranty covers:

•  Installation workmanship — protection against leaks, air noise, and loose moldings due to improper installation.

• Manufacturer defects — such as optical distortion or glass imperfections.

If any of the above issues occur, Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. will repair or replace the affected glass at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, weather, flying objects, or impact of any kind.

• Leaks or defects due to body damage, rust, or deterioration around the glass area after installation.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications to the vehicle.

3. Warranty Service Procedure

To obtain warranty service, please contact Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. and provide your original invoice or proof of purchase. All warranty claims must be inspected and approved by a Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. technician before any repair or replacement is authorized.

4. Limitation of Liability

Motiv Auto Glass Ltd.’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective glass or workmanship. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made. Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

5. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the installation or repair service.
