Motiv Auto Glass offers professional auto glass repair and replacement services, including:

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your vehicle make, model, and location.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes or estimates are based on current market pricing and vehicle details provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if additional damage or parts are identified during service. Taxes, disposal fees, or specialty parts may be extra and will be disclosed before service completion. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to incorrect information or availability issues.

4. Appointments and Mobile Service

Appointment times are provided as estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unexpected delays. Customers must ensure safe access to the service area for mobile repairs or replacements. If the service location is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., during heavy rain or snow), we may reschedule the appointment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, e-transfers, or insurance payments (where applicable). Failure to provide timely payment may result in service suspension or additional fees.

6. Warranty

All repairs and replacements performed by Motiv Auto Glass are covered under our Warranty Policy, available on our website. Our warranties cover installation workmanship and manufacturer defects, not damage caused by accidents, weather, or external impact.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.

• Inspect your vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns immediately.

• Avoid washing the vehicle or removing tape/seals for at least 24-48 hours after installation, if advised by our technicians. Failure to follow this guideline can cause premature failure of the adhesive.

8. Limitation of Liability

Motiv Auto Glass is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by accidents, theft, weather, vandalism, or improper maintenance after service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use or income. Damage to paint, trim, or interior materials resulting from pre-existing conditions or corrosion is not covered. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the service performed.

9. Insurance Claims

For customers filing insurance claims: You authorize Motiv Auto Glass to communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf. You are responsible for any deductibles or costs not covered by insurance. We are not responsible for delays or claim rejections caused by the insurance provider.

Rock Chip Repair – Terms & Conditions

By authorizing Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. to perform a windshield rock chip repair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Repair Results

   • Rock chip repair is intended to improve the structural integrity of the windshield and help prevent further cracking. While the appearance of the damage will usually improve, repaired chips may remain partially visible. A repair will not restore the windshield to its original optical condition.

2. No Guarantee Against Spreading

   • Although every effort is made to successfully repair the damage, there is no guarantee that the chip or crack will not spread during or after the repair. Factors such as temperature changes, road conditions, vehicle movement, and the nature of the damage are beyond our control.

3. Repair Limitations

   • Not all windshield damage is repairable. If the damage is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for repair, a windshield replacement may be recommended instead.

4. Warranty

   • Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. provides a 2-year limited warranty on windshield rock chip repairs. If the repaired damage spreads under normal driving conditions within two (2) years of the repair, the amount paid for the chip repair will be credited toward a windshield replacement performed by Motiv Auto Glass Ltd.

5. Warranty Exclusions

   • This warranty does not apply if:

     • The windshield sustains a new rock chip, impact, or other damage.

     • The vehicle is involved in a collision or accident.

     • The windshield is subjected to abnormal stress, misuse, or improper care.

     • The crack spreads due to conditions beyond our control, including extreme weather, structural stress, or additional impacts.

6. Customer Acknowledgement

   • By proceeding with the repair, the customer understands and accepts the risks associated with windshield chip repair, including the possibility that the damage may worsen and require a full windshield replacement. The customer authorizes Motiv Auto Glass Ltd. to perform the repair with this understanding.
